 Heaven's Hands staff is trained to provide the highest standard of care for our residents. We believe in investing in the team by offering ongoing training and development to ensure they are equipped to handle any situation.

 All of our staff are fully licensed long-term care professionals, with specialized training in dementia and mental health care. Additionally, they receive comprehensive training on the use of facility equipment, care plans, and emergency preparedness. We pride ourselves on maintaining lower staff turnover by ensuring our team receives the support and resources needed to thrive in their roles.

 Synkwise is an all-inclusive cloud-based system for managing resident care, medications, staff, and facility licensing, with daily updates and remote access for authorized representatives. 

• Updated daily in real-time
• All-inclusive system for managing resident care needs including vital signs and medication management
• Electronic medication administration record (eMAR) which greatly minimizes medication errors and facilitates timely care delivery. 
• Accessible remotely by Durable Power of Attorney, or Resident Representative, if requested

Our staff prepare delicious and healthy meals using fresh ingredients. We cater to most dietary requirements and preferences, ensuring that our residents receive the nutrients they need. We rely on grass-fed beef and use organic ingredients as often as possible. We encourage healthy eating but do not require it. Residents can put in requests and we are known to have ice cream and cake available daily.
