Aaron Flack, RN Owner/Administrator
I am a nurse who loves people and finds joy in serving others. I see my work at Heaven's Hands Adult Family Home as a calling, a way to reflect the love of Jesus in all I do. I strive to ensure every resident feels seen, valued, and cared for.
My nursing background spans critical care in the hospital setting, with experience in cardiac nursing, COVID care, sepsis management, and even corrections nursing, each experience strengthening my ability to care for others in diverse and challenging environments.
When I’m not at the house, you’ll find me at Hayden Lake fishing for Kokanee and soaking in the peace of the outdoors.
Lisa Klemme-Flack, MSW Owner
As a social worker, I am guided by my faith and the values of integrity, compassion, and service. I am dedicated to ensuring our facility provides residents and families with exceptional service and the support they need to be successful.
My experience includes working with Adult Protective Services and Providence Home Health, where I developed expertise in compliance, financial stewardship, and regulatory standards.
At our facility, I oversee care coordination, scheduling, ordering, and payroll, making sure our services run smoothly and consistently. I also provide guidance to families through placement consultation, helping them find the best care options for their loved ones.
