Yes! Being on the waitlist early ensures you’re in line for future availability, and we can help plan a timeline that works best for your family.
Yes, we accept dogs under certain conditions and in compliance with state regulations. Cats are not accepted at this time.
Yes, we accept residents receiving hospice care. Our team collaborates with all hospice providers to provide compassionate support tailored to each resident’s needs.
We offer both private and shared rooms. While some residents prefer the privacy of their own room, others enjoy the companionship and affordability of a shared space. Rest assured, every resident receives the same excellent care—shared rooms are perfect for those looking to save a little money while still enjoying all that Heaven’s Hands has to offer.
Possibly. We understand that sometimes residents need care quickly. To ensure we can provide the best care and that your loved one will thrive, state regulations require a care assessment by an unbiased nurse or social worker prior to admission. These assessments can usually be completed within 24–48 hours.
To get the assessment started, contact our social worker, who will guide you through the process so it can begin as soon as possible. Once the assessment is reviewed and your loved one is deemed a good fit, we can start the admission process (this can generally happen very quickly if we have an opening).
To get started with an assessment or discuss emergency placement options, contact our facility social worker, Lisa:
If there’s no answer, please leave a message, and Lisa will get back to you as soon as possible.
Yes, we accept Medicaid with a spend-down. If you’re not familiar with the term, check out our blog that explains options for paying for care.
In some cases, we may be able to offer more flexible arrangements for shared rooms—especially for residents who are a good fit with our community. It’s always worth reaching out to discuss your situation.
